Anyone can submit
a PLMtalk for publishing on PLMtalks.com website. A PLMtalk is composed
of 3 things:
-a topic (title, description, keywords),
-a transcript (whitepaper, viewpoint),
-a video (movie, webcast, commented slideshow)
An author can submit directly his video, transcript and topic via the
process C, but could prefer to use the intermediate processes A and B
as illustrated in figure 1 bellow.
Each submit
proces follow the same 7 steps:
Read rules - Prepare - Send - Check - Send feedback - Confirm -
Publish, as illustrated in figure 2 bellow.
Steps 1, 2, 3 and 6 are perfomed by author. Steps 3, 4 and 7 by
PLMtalks administration.
The details fo each steps are the following:
Process A: submit a
PLMtalk annoncement
A.1-read and accept PLMtalks submit process A
A.2-prepare information to describe the PLMtalk
A.3-submit
for process A: send "I have read, understand
and agree the PLMtalks property rights and submit process" + send information
describing the PLMtalk
A.4-check
if PLMtalks rules are respected (1 week)
A.5-send feedback
A.6-confirm accord for publishing
A.7-publish PLMtalk as coming one, in DEFINED section, during 1 month
Process B: submit a
PLMtalk transcript (=whitepaper) [we recommend to complete proces 1
before]
B.1-read and accept PLMtalks submit process B
B.2-prepare information to describe the PLMtalk + prepare the
transcript of the PLMtalk
B.3-submit
for process B: send "I have read, understand
and agree the PLMtalks property rights and submit process" + send information
describing the PLMtalk + send the transcript of the PLMtalk
B.4-check
if PLMtalks rules are respected (1 week)
B.5-send feedback
B.6-confirm accord for publishing
B.7-publish
PLMtalk, in WRITTEN section, during 6 months
Process C: submit a
PLMtalk presentation (=video) [we recommend to
complete proces 2 before]
C.1-read and accept PLMtalks submit process C
C.2-prepare information to describe the PLMtalk + prepare the
transcript of the PLMtalk + prepare the video of PLMtalk
C.3-submit
for process C: send
"I have read, understand and agree the PLMtalks
property rights and submit process" + send information
describing the PLMtalk + send the transcript of the PLMtalk + send the
video of the PLMtalk
C.4-check
if PLMtalks rules are respected (1 week)
C.5-send feedback
C.6-confirm accord for publishing
C.7-publish
PLMtalk, in PRODUCED section, without time limit
IMPORTANT:
You must review and agree to the following "property rights" consent
before proceeding with submission of your PLMtalks:
You, "Author"
consents to the use by PLMtalks of your entire Presentation (defined to
include topic, transcript, video) as referenced below in the manner
authorized by this release. Author hereby grants to PLMtalks on a non
exclusive basis, during the term of the copyright, without the need to
request additional approvals in the future, the right to reproduce the
Presentation, either individually or as part of a collective work; to
distribute copies of the Presentation to anyone, now known or
hereinafter developed, including electronic means and in new media and
to distribute through electronic content that is downloadable from the
Internet or from CD ROM, to adapt the Presentation to make changes or
alterations, in whole or in part, as long as the context of use is not
materially changed or the Author's trademark changed in any
way, to display the Presentation. For avoidance of doubt, the
grant of rights set forth herein shall be read to include, but not be
limited to the rights to distribute the Presentation either
individually or as part of a collective work, to publish it in handouts
and newsletters, to display it on PLMtalks website or by way of
download to electronic devices or electronic media, to distribute
through CD-Rom, DVD, audio mp3, video, broadcast, web casts, telephone
seminars. Author authorizes the use of Author's name on the
Presentation and in a collective work and in any supplements or
revisions thereof. Author warrants that Author is 18 and is either the
owner of the copyright to give the rights granted herein to
PLMtalks, that the Presentation contains no libelous or inaccurate
statements, that the Presentation will not infringe any statutory or
common law copyright and that the Presentation will not violate any
right of privacy or publicity, or otherwise violate any law or any
person's personal or property rights. Author agrees to complete
whatever forms are necessary to ensure that PLMtalks is legally able to
exercise the rights given herein by Author.
